Introducing Direct Value mapping, new factory presets, variant morphing, and major UI improvements.

Direct Value Mapping: Macro knobs automatically inherit and display the value, unit, and range of their destination module.
Variant Morphing: Smoothly morphs between module variants when switching them on the fly (adjustable time, 10ms default).
Startup Patch: Loads a default factory patch on startup, with a new setting available to load an 'Init' state instead.
UI Enhancements: More overall sizing options, cleaner labels, increased variant name field widths, tooltips with variant names, and new icons!

Percent Knob: Updated to seamlessly accept and process any arbitrary range.
Added Extreme Flanger preset from patch maestro exm.
Added triChorus II preset from patch maestro exm.
Existing factory patches heavily updated to take full advantage of the new direct value and unit systems.
